About the role –

This role supports the National Director, Loan Market Australia in the coordination and administration of business projects and day to day operations of the business and contributes to the execution of the Loan Market Group business strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities –

Executive Assistant Role:

• General administrative support
• Reconcile and submit expenses
• Manage suppliers for all corporate offices where required
• Prepare agendas, presentations, manage attendance, distribution and communication of information to relevant parties
• Compiling and distribute s as required
• High level calendar and email management, liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain Linkedin presence, important updates and event wrap ups
• Comprehensive monthly tracking of BST and State Director KPI’s and activity to assist National Director in performance management.

Company Role:

• Driving and supporting special business projects through managing tasks and timelines. This includes following up task owners to ensure task completion.
• Travel booking for all corporate booking
• Drive key initiatives and implement process into the business
• Coordination of corporate onboarding program
• Loan Market Group Industry Awards table coordination
• Onboarding program for broker success team
• Ad-hoc support and collaboration with other Executives/Senior Managers
• Drive internal/external webinars, meetings – including sending invites, creating presentations, agendas, aligning key stakeholders
• Assist in preparation and co-ordination of Annual International Conference (Scale Up)

Network facing:

• Assist with the Reward & Recognition Program for our brokers across Australia
• Assist with execution of Real-time recognition program
• Management Gifting of Milestones, welcome gifts
• Local state based events in collaboration with our events team.
• Coordination of event conceptualization and execution for distribution of tasks to the state based administrators, ensure deadlines are met and projects run smoothly (National Level)
• Ensure all local and national reward promises are delivered on annually
• Assist/ build presentations for Induction, Retreats, events
• Ensure OKR ing and assistance to achieve OKR’s
• Manage budgets with the finance team
• Management of event budgets to ensure costs are correctly captured and budgets withheld
