About the role:
We’re looking for a communications rockstar to deliver industry-leading
communications strategies to drive and support revenue growth for LMG
(includes own-branded broker businesses).

Your mission is to deliver high quality communications and content to grow brand
awareness and reputation of the Loan Market brand to expand our member base
through stand-out Linkedin content and email marketing.
In addition, you’ll be charged with ensuring our brokers continue to be the
most-awarded brokers in the industry.
Activities:
● Implement the Loan Market Linkedin content strategy, including calendar
plan, content creation, publishing and ing.
● Implement the communications strategy to drive registrations for our
monthly industry webinars and in-person recruitment events (including email
marketing, SMS, Linkedin etc).
● Manage the broker reward and recognition strategy, process and
Communications.
● Manage the industry awards process for the Loan Market brand and the
broker network, including:
● Administer all communication channels, including Appcues, SMS, Email,
Facebook closed groups and our network comms platform (and finding new
and better channels)
Qualifications –
● Marketing or Communications degree equivalent
Experience/ Skills required:
● Previous experience in a similar role, ideally 2+ years agency or client-side
● Social media marketing experience
● Email marketing expertise
● Proficient in G-Suite or equivalent (Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
● Experience with EDM tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and/or marketing automation
platforms (e.g. Hubspot/ActiveCampaign)
● Ability to analyse data and produce s and provide insights and
recommendations
