Job Description:
LLS AUS GROUP is one of the leading recruitment companies with 15 years experience, we are currently looking for a 360-recruitment consultant to join our team in a brand-new office located in Rhodes. You will be reciting both casual and permanent positions with blue collar space.

About the role:
  • Sourcing candidates.
  • Reverse marketing candidates to clients.
  • Obtain and gain a full understanding of client hiring requirements.
  • Identify and qualify suitable candidates.
  • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs.
  • Proactive in your approach to win new business and grow market share.
  • Develop candidate attraction strategies in a candidate short market.
  • Screen and place potential candidates in correct & suitable roles following the LLS Recruitment process (Full training/on-boarding will be provided).

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Previous sales or business development experience is a must – heavily sales-based role
  • Advanced communication skills with high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
  • Sales driven mindset: achievement oriented
  • Independent person with good organisation skills
  • You enjoy sales, and not afraid to pick up the phone and are resilient
  • Proactive and enjoy working in a busy environment
  • You like working closely with your team as well as independently
  • Ability to meet set KPI’s and targets
  • Team player

Benefits and Salary:
  • 55k – 75k plus super
