Key Responsibilities :

  • Complete day-to-day processes in line with the agreed benchmarks and service level agreements.
  • Ensuring a coordinated approach to customer matters by working closely with team members.
  • Working collaboratively with manager and the team to develop strategies and actively suggest process enhancements (improvement).
  • Utilising the required systems and processes to ensure payments are made to stakeholders for our customers in a timely manner.

What you need :

  • Be a highly motivated individual willing to undertake all aspects of the role
  • Be a team player
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Have high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in a related field such as finance, accounting or systems.
