About the Role:

• Prepare month end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with the accounts receivable & payable
• Assist with payroll function
• Prepare monthly reporting to Executive Team and Board
• Provide other administrative assistance to the accounts and admin team as and when required
• Assist in the reporting of the company’s financial health and year end audit

About you:

• A degree in accounting and finance or 1-2 years’ experience in accounting area
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
• Highly motivated and organised, but also flexible and adaptable
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Excel and Word
• Experience in using accounting software – Xero, MYOB and etc.
