We are looking for an HR administrator to join a busy Global HR team to provide a wide range of administrative support to the Reward, Talent and HR Operations teams for six months. The role will take on a wide range of general administration, supplier administration and invoicing activities to ensure that all processes run smoothly.
Whilst the primary location listed for the role is the UK, we are very happy to be flexible on location
The successful candidate will:
Coordinate invoicing and payment processes for external providers, setting up purchase orders and processing invoices
Track spend against budget and manage internal cross charging processes
Act as contact point for external suppliers, schedule supplier reviews and prepare meeting agendas
Become a super user for the LR invoicing system; provide support to the wider HR team and trouble shoot system issues
Schedule events and liaise with external venues to book events and ensure that they run smoothly
Support with data entry, reporting, data management and the production of PowerPoint presentations for the Talent and Reward teams
Manage shared team mailboxes and calendars, including scheduling recurring meetings
Identify and suggest improvements to the team administration processes and procedures to meet future business demands and improve efficiency
We’re looking for someone who has:
Great organisation and communication skills
Good excel and data management skills and ideally confident in using PowerPoint
Experience of working with purchase order and invoice management systems
Experience of working with external suppliers would also be a great asset
