We’re looking to add to our leadership team with a Senior Talent Research Manager who’ll focus on our Talent Research & Executive Recruitment activities.
You’d join a genuinely supportive environment where you’ll lean on and be leaned on, pulling together with others to get the recruitment delivery job done.
It’s not all plain sailing – market conditions, challenging customers with tall demands and a strong competition for talent are all part of the mix…but you’ll have your committed team behind you!
So what are we looking for?

The ability to build effective relationships quickly, influencing confidently to steer (senior) internal customers towards better outcomes.

A natural leadership style – mixing structure and empathy to help you nurture and support your team.
-
Comfortable leading teams through ambiguous situations and unafraid of failing fast to help innovate.
-
Capable of understanding the nitty-gritty experienced at the coal face as well as the bigger picture and overarching strategy.

Specifically a background of Executive recruitment gained in a comparably sized organisation – ideally in a regulated industry (but not essentially).

Evidence of partnering with Executive business leaders to support executive recruitment campaigns and develop candidate strategies

The ability to build and maintain senior executive talent pipelines, ensuring strong relationships are nurtured and candidates are engaged for current and future hiring activities;
