We are recruiting for a number of Front End Engineers across the Group at this time with opportunities ranging from working in our customer journey labs to our centres of excellence. .

Locations : across the UK

Salary & Benefits : £52,912- £66,140 (depending on experience) base salary, plus annual personal bonus, 15% employer pension contribution (when you put in 6%), 4% flexible cash pot, private medical insurance, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.

What would I focus on as a Javascript Engineer?

As a Javascript Engineer, you’ll work within a multi-disciplinary team and with the wider engineering community including enterprise architects, security, data, SRE, DevOps and a range of shared teams to deliver business value by delivering reliable, scalable and working software to production.

You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, holistically and own problems and solutions. The pace and scale of change taking place requires a passion for new thinking, new ideas, and continuous improvement, as well as a flexible approach when interacting with wider teams.

What you will bring?

We like people who come from diverse backgrounds that can bring new and challenging ways of thinking to the team. As a minimum to be considered for our Senior Javascript Front End Software Engineer roles, you will have experience of the following:

• Hands on Front End Software Engineer to a middle or senior level
• Has a deep and broad understanding of Javascript/ Typescript
• You will also have experience of using one of the below:
  • React.js
  • Angular.js
  • Vue

It would also be desirable if you also have experience in Cloud or containerisation technologies.

You will also possess interpersonal and articulation skills.
