Lloydpans Hiring for Accounting Assistant Job at Spokane Valley, Spokane, WA Full Time

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Accounting Assistant is responsible for assisting the Controller with all aspects of finance, accounting, and reporting activities, including, but not limited to: financial closing, eCommerce customer order processing, GL account reconciliations, and other regulatory reporting requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Process daily invoicing transactions for all customers with heavy emphasis on eCommerce platform revenue facilitation

· Compile daily invoice and sales order reporting

· Prepare and submit regulatory and other reports, including B&O, L&I, US Census Bureau, Sales & Excise Taxes, and Property Taxes

· Work closely with Sales, Shipping and Customer Service teams to resolve order and customer payment inquires

· Research Customer Account balances

· Resolve returns and other shipping related disputes

· Perform GL account reconciliations on monthly and quarterly basis

· Create and refine process narratives

· Generate and complete weekly cycle count inventory adjustments

· Other activities involving close collaboration with Controller

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Degree

· Microsoft Office proficiency required, especially Microsoft Excel

· Experience in Acumatica cloud ERP software highly preferred

· Previous experience in an accounting setting preferred, especially experience in the manufacturing industry

· Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
