The HR Administrator is responsible for first line support to internal and external customers in all facets of the attraction, recruitment and retention process including advertising, contracts and administration, including projects.

Your key responsibilities will include;

• Provide accurate and relevant administrative assistance to employees and managers within the assigned Program/Directorate
• Administration of contracts of employment and employee amendments
• Carry out contract requests for new employees and the associated new starter paperwork packs
• Create and maintain employee files
• Maintain associated databases and enter new starter and employment contract information in Workday
• Provide relief for the HR Reception as required and directed
• Attend HR team meetings and other meetings
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders regarding contracts of employment
• Administration of the recruitment and selection process on Workday
• Assist HR Advisor with the management of parental leave applications and other applicable leave processes
• Manage the employee police check requirement in assigned Program/Directorate
• Administer and participate in large recruitment exercises such as Graduate Nurse recruitment and other projects
• Assist the HR Advisor/HR Business Partner in the administration of key projects

As the successful candidate you will possess excellent communication, strong attention to detail, high-level interpersonal skills and a desire to commence your HR career or take your next HR role in a fast paced and dynamic environment! Previous experience with Workday &/or Chris21 would be highly regarded but not essential.
