Lloyd Connect Hiring for Horsham & District -Teacher – Early Childhood – 4 year Job at Horsham Full Time

Relocate to Regional or Rural Victoria or Metro Melbourne and join the 2022 funded 3-year-old Kindergarten program. Due to this increase in demand for Teachers and Educators in Victoria we have roles available in both 3-year-old and 4-year-old Kindergarten. Opportunities include both Full-time and Part-time roles in both Long Day Care and Kindergarten programs across private, community and council centres! Your duties will include;

• Face-to-face teaching
• Preparation, planning, assessment and observations, student supervision, reporting, organisational duties.
• Implementation of the National Law, National Regulations, education initiatives, learning frameworks and funding guidelines
• Mentoring of pre-service teachers, teachers and educators
• It is recognised that the allocation of teacher work, including the teaching and non-teaching duties, will be determined by the employer
• Planning, preparation, assessment and documentation, reporting and attending meetings
• Building, managing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with families and communities and more!

To be successful in this role you will need to be a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive and display a high level of initiative as we as have strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and engaging effectively with parents and children. A Degree in Early Childhood is essential and hands on experience is preferred but graduates will also be considered.
