This coordinator will aid in all USA sales logistics for an established B2C and B2B international brand. The job entails processing the downloads/uploads of wholesale orders, invoice creation and provides customer support to the wholesale team and retailers across the USA.

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily excel and accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Accounting Assistant responsibilities include entering financial transactions into our internal databases and creating and reconciling invoices. Quickbooks experience required.

Ultimately, you will help our USA Sales operations run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

The coordinator will also manage the Shopify B2C and Amazon orders, including shipping. The successful candidate will manage incoming written and verbal communication in relation to selling the brand. This role also includes supporting the Brand Manager on product launches and trade show logistics.

Ultimately, you will help our USA Sales operations run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate USA wholesale sales orders and accounts receivable. Download and communicate wholesale orders with the German home office to ensure production and shipping are scheduled. Create, update and reconcile invoice payment using Square and Quickbooks

• Manage the Shopify B2C orders, inclusive of ordering products through German home office and fulfilling prepackaged shipments.

• Manage the Amazon orders, inclusive of fulfilling the orders and preparing shipments. Prepare monthly Amazon sales reporting to international accounting firm
• Manage monthly sales reporting and analysis for wholesale sales, Amazon Sales, and Shopify sales

• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage USA inventory and replenishment analysis
• Respond to emails and inquires from retailers and the wholesale sales team
• Weekend communication may be necessary during trade show seasons

• Ensure adherence to laws and policies

Skills

• Proven experience in accounting assistant; inventory management a plus
• Good computer skills (MS Office and Quickbooks)
• Aptitude for cloud based wholesale and retail ordering platforms
• Amazon, Shopify and Square hands on experience is ideal but not mandatory.

• Well-organized, flexible and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Detail oriented

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• BS/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
