A typical day in the life of the Staff Accountant consists of providing outsourced accounting services to multiple clients, which may include:

• Maintaining clients’ general ledgers
• Performing bank and credit card account reconciliations
• Entering accounts payable and receivables
• Preparing journal entries
• Preparing monthly financial statements
• Preparing sales tax returns
• Processing payroll

You will meet or exceed the qualifications for this role with the following…

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 1 or more years of experience in an accounting role, preferably public accounting services
• Technical and analytical accounting savvy
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter outlook and ability to work independently
• Exceptional organization abilities to support multiple clients, projects, and meeting deadlines
• A service-driven and professional approach
• Desire to achieve the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
