This is an entry level position with upward mobility. The ideal candidate will have social media savvy in marketing and a desire to excel coupled with a distinctive brand that is first and foremost pride it what one does. The ideal candidate will have a desire and passion for real estate as an industry and a desire to grow from this position into acquisitions of assets, management of a large portfolio and millionaire mentorship to their own accelerated wealth development.
The candidate will manage and oversee a portfolio of shared housing real estate in San Antonio, TX. The showings of the units for leasing purposes falls into the scope of responsibilities. Overseeing the proper upkeep and maintenance is the other major task.
We are prepping to commence the acquisition of assets and need someone to take over operations and oversight of what we have already established. Looking to develop and partner with the ideal candidate for our mutual benefit, development and growth. This industry subsegment has unlimited growth and is ideally suited to endure the coming economic adjustment in the real estate industry.
Skills sets: patient and skilled communicator, computer proficient in the full suite of Microsoft software, social media savvy, a range of home self help skills is required or must be teachable (replacing air filters, smoke alarm batteries, and such).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
