Own the strategic delivery of the recruitment process across a diverse portfolio of roles and job families globally while leading an experienced team. This leadership role plays a significant part in shaping the recruitment and HR polices that drive successful, transparent, and inclusive recruitment practice across LSTM.
The recruitment team sits within the wider HR function and partners directly with hiring managers globally to attract candidates to a range of academic, programme management, technical and professional services roles.

Someone with a passion for recruitment and delivering exceptional results with a customer first approach and who thrives in a supportive environment with challenges, and almost daily learning.
As a recruitment manager with (ideally) significant inhouse recruitment experience in a leadership role, you can balance the internal requirements of often complex recruitment campaigns with a commercial understanding and a focus on delivery.
You will enjoy working alongside the HR Managers to establish excellence in talent attraction across LSTM as well as working on projects to enhance the recruitment service offering.
Ultimately you will be able to understand the real needs of your internal clients and work across inhouse (and external) Business Partners to lead on the most effective sourcing options to attract the best people to join LSTM.

In this role you will:
Leading the recruitment and resourcing services and activities, driving solutions and shaping the recruitment strategies
Talent attraction and acquisition, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive equity and equality throughout the recruitment lifecycle resulting in excellently executed recruitment campaigns
Vacancy Management, leading the recruitment team to deliver of complex solutions to challenging resourcing needs
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders locally and globally
Team management, leading by example and driving the effectiveness of the recruitment campaigns implemented through ongoing professional development of the team
Equity and Inclusion, promoting increased diversity of candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline
HR Leadership, working with and leading on critical HR projects from inception to successful implementation
