Fixed term Contracts:
Coordinate the administration process through the whole lifecycle across all departments

Interpret data relating to fixed term contracts using reports from HRMIS

Engage with line managers and individuals in advance of end dates to discuss intentions

Liaises with managers on the funding options, A2A process for extensions and exploring all available options.

UKVI:
Coordinate and collate the relevant administration associated with the UKVI process, liaising with Senior HR and Senior Recruitment managers as appropriate.

Ensure all relevant documentation is filed appropriately for both best practise and audit purposes.

General:
First point of contact for colleagues across the school for Fixed term contract information

Supporting line managers and HRBPs in the consultation process

Support in reporting

Specific HR project work
