The Finance Department is recruiting for a Finance Apprentice to support the Finance Business Partnering team in producing timely and accurate accounts. You will assist in preparation and review of the monthly management accounts & forecasts, monthly journals, and the reporting of Departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Line managed by the Senior Finance Business Partner – Reporting.

The role will focus on LSTM School account, including UK and Overseas Subsidiaries. The role will also work with the wider finance team for wide exposure to finance and accounting. You will support with building of reports for stakeholders, ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and actively participate in the change management process, contributing ideas and supporting its implementation.

Ideally the candidate will be able to demonstrate good time management, strong attention to detail, and personal drive and eagerness for personal development coupled with strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are essential to your success in the post.

You must have experience of working in an office environment to deadlines, with strong IT and numerical skills and be looking for a long-term career within finance with a focus on Management Accounting.
