The opportunity
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing a diverse range of Human Resource (HR) functions, including providing general HR advice, job evaluation, performance review and learning and development, with a key focus on employee recruitment and retention. The role will also provide secretariat support to Council’s Consultative Committee.
Council is also about to roll out of a new HR systems including onboarding, a learning management system and later performance management.

What we offer you
We offer a competitive salary package for the successful candidate. The salary range commences at $1211.50 – $1550.80 per week plus 10.5% superannuation. The starting salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependant on skills, qualifications and experience.
