Liverpool John Moores University Hiring for Teaching Fellow Policing Studies Job at Liverpool, England Full Time

The Liverpool Centre for Advanced Policing Studies is seeking to appoint a number of enthusiastic ex-practitioners or individuals with educational/ research experience, within the policing arena. The posts require an interest in delivering police education, with the police apprenticeship but also offer the scope to contribute to the academic work of the Liverpool Centre for Advanced Policing Studies linking policy and practice related teaching in the field of policing, teaching online or in person.

You will be able to evidence teaching, police experience, or research excellence and be able to contribute to our expanding policing portfolio. You should have experience as a police officer and/or researcher and a good first degree or Master’s degree, in a discipline or area of study that clearly links to policing or criminal justice. This should be coupled with an appropriate level of teaching experience including online delivery.

There are opportunities to work with us full time or part time with some of your time devoted to distance learning programmes.
