Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is seeking to appoint a Library Engagement Manager, providing leadership and direction in the development of library spaces and services.

The University Library provides a range of services to support the student experience, teaching and learning, research and scholarship and civic and global engagement at LJMU and delivers an outstanding level of service. A key part of this role involves planning and delivering effective engagement with our students in order to provide an outstanding student experience of the University Library.

The role requires individuals with a customer-oriented approach to service development and improvement with a focus on innovation and an emphasis on promoting services. The ability to foster excellent working relationships internally and externally and manage innovation and change are essential requirements of the post, along with experience of managing and motivating staff.
