The School of Education offers a range of education programmes which includes initial teacher training and provides a high-quality research and teaching environment. We are student focussed and the post will provide leadership, working with colleagues, to deliver an excellent student experience for all students. This will focus on delivering a curriculum which is research informed, aligned with professional requirements and inspirational as well as supporting progression and retention and excellent graduate prospects.
You will have a proven track record in excellent academic leadership delivering a climate which enables individuals and teams to thrive and excel. Committed to inclusion and social justice you will work with a wide range on internal and external partners. You will be adept in managing complex academic areas and have an evidenced ability to think strategically whilst also delivering operational improvements.
