As the Coordinator Talent Development, you will lead the team in the design and delivery of innovative and dynamic initiatives aligned to our strategic direction. The team delivers a broad program of work including onboarding, capability development, leadership development, coaching, mentoring, performance, talent and succession planning, early careers development and employee recognition.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate your leadership skills and experience in talent development. The key focus of the team in the next 12 months is in launching our revitalised onboarding practice, designing and delivering our leadership development program and establishing a supportive talent management and succession practice, all while delivering our business-as-usual practices in performance, onboarding, employee recognition and capability development.
