If you are someone who is energetic, professional, have a great personality and can work well with others as well as, individually, then we would love to hear from you! Background knowledge in skin care, nail care, beauty, and social media is a BONUS!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

– Providing high end customer service to our guests

– Ability to multi-task

– Manage- greeting/ check-in and check-out process

– Booking appointments

– Field all incoming calls politely and professionally while engaging guests

– Manage all bookings for salon via phone, email, and on any social media platforms

– Manage POS System

– Closing all retail sales and providing product knowledge to clients

– Handling all financial transactions with guest

– Maintain the appearance of the reception area, waiting area, work floor and display units

– Assisting management with additional tasks as needed

– Regularly attend and participate in training and team meetings

– Help the artist set up for their next client

Must be able to handle complex situations like client complaints, being able to multi-task during busy season. Cleaning, keeping the salon tidy and daily upkeep is expected. English is an absolute must with good communication skills.

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
