  • Field customer and colleague questions about account activity, status, and outstanding balances
  • Issue refunds, transfer of responsibility, and adjustments, as needed, and update accounting records
  • Work proactively to resolve and resubmit unpaid, rejected, or denied insurance claims
  • Compile financial reports using billing software and other documents, and field related questions with internal teams and customers based on accurate invoices, billing reconciliations, and other documents
  • Review client bills for accuracy and completeness and proactively obtain any missing payer information for inclusion
  • Reduce outstanding AR
  • Must have dental administrative background
  • Must have Eaglesoft and Modento Experience
  • Must have proven track record of success

Pay: $40,017.03 – $45,000.00 per year
