Littlejohn Tank & Equipment has been a leading supplier for tank trailers, parts and hoses since 1936. We represent the top manufacturers in the tank transport industry. We are distributors of Polar Tank for new asphalt, chemical, dry bulk or pneumatic, fertilizer, and sanitary trailers.

Tanker trailers are an essential component in the transportation of liquids, gases, and other bulk materials. These trailers are designed to carry a wide range of materials, including chemicals, petroleum products, food products, and water, among others. Tank trailers come in different shapes, sizes, and capacities. They are made of different materials such as aluminum and stainless steel depending on the type of material they carry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling third party Freight Companies pickup and deliveries of empty tank trailers when purchased or sold.

2. Take pictures and record specs of trailers and upload to our website and other online marketplaces

3. Update and manage listings on website and marketplaces when trailers are bought or sold

4. Invoice Trailers in our inventory management system when trailers are sold.

5. Prepare lease and sales agreements for customers and sales/customer service team

5. Assist sales and customer service team in daily activities.

6. Receive and prepare titles for customers at points of sale and purchase.

7. Complete regular “yard checks” to manage our inventory

Qualifications and Desired Skillsets:

1. Must be able to use Microsoft Office products

2. Must be comfortable answering phone calls and efficiently using email.

3. Job will require high degree of organization and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
