About the Role:

• Develop and help implement a high quality educational program
• Continually reflect and implement strategies to improve the educational program in the service.
• Mentor and share knowledge to educators
• Collaborate with the Centre Manager to provide professional development plans for educators both individually and service-wide
• Participate in innovative and exciting projects
• Have in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and how to embed these into every-day practice
• Have the ability to lead a room and show initiative
