Role Overview:  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Impart education to children per the Little Wings curriculum.

• Devising developmentally appropriate learning-based activities.

• Create Lesson Plans

• Make sure lesson plans are being implemented in the classrooms

• Support in challenging solutions

• Effectively communicate child progress to parents and management.

• Mentor junior staff as needed.

Qualifications:  

• Passionate about teaching children.

• DCFS Director qualified

• Bilingual a plus

Pay: $26,000.00 – $34,000.00 per year
