Little Vienna is open 9am – 3pm, 7 days a week. There is no night work. The base rate is $16.00 per hour. Tips add on average another $2.00 – $3.00 per hour, so actual starting pay, including tips, is in the range of $18.00 – $19.00 per hour. Barista, cashier, and dishwashing experience are preferred. We value someone who is reliable, honest, responsible, physically able to work long periods on their feet, and is pleasant, polite, and cooperative with customers and fellow team members. Opening, closing, and cleaning duties are part of the job. We have full and equal tip sharing amongst all staff members.
