Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care and Little Spurs Autism Centers is looking to add a Talent Aquistion Manger to our growing team! The TA Manager will lead and oversee the daily workflow of the recruiting department. This will include managing and directing the Talent acquisition process for current and future needs and sourcing, interviewing, and managing the hiring processes of employees. This position will also research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization.
What You Need (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
- Three years of recruiting experience required.
- 2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
- SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role.

The Nitty Gritty (Your Day to Day):
- Develops, facilitates, and leads all phases of the recruitment process.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. · Collaborates with Leadership team to drive hiring plans, talent strategies, priorities, and process improvements
- Maintains an open line of communication with the Hiring Manager, Recruiting Team, and Director of Human Resources with appropriate follow-up as needed
- Oversees and assists with job posting and advertisement processes. · Initiates and manages job campaigns to generate market demand
- Partners with recruiting and marketing team to manage LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media sources.
- Conducts employment pre-screenings to determine if appropriate fit for position · Fills Physician, and BCBA positions, as well as positions in operations and management.
- Participates and follows up physicians throughout the recruiting process including offers, salary, creating and sending contracts, and negotiation of employment contracts.
- Responsible for providing strategy and support within the market and overseeing a team of recruiters responsible for the day-to-day recruiting efforts.
- Builds, develops, mentors, and leads recruiting team to achieve hiring targets and talent goals. · Works closely with hiring managers to share best practices and provide assistance on critical needs.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Maintains Applicant Tracking System and postings
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Keep track of open positions and relevant recruiting metrics; provides reporting as needed · Conducts or acquires background and reference checks.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
