About the Company: We are an education provider for children with special needs. Our tutors are experienced specialized tutors take prepare prior to every session. Every session is tailored according to each child’s needs. We provide weekly reports of every child of their progress and overall performance after every session.

About the Role: As the Teacher Aide you will have responsibility for the following:

• Assisting with the management and stocktaking of equipment and resources.

• Communicating effectively and displaying a high level of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member.

• Maintaining anecdotal records on students for use in reviewing student’s development.

• Displaying respect and empathy for students with high-level needs.

• Clerical assistance duties including typing teachers’ notes and work programs, duplicating and photocopying teaching materials, checking bus lists, collation and duplication of exam papers, recording of examination results, compiling students results records, assisting in organizing off-site activities, etc.

• Obtain payment approvals and ensure payments are paid on a timely basis

• Follow through on quotes, customer orders, freight costs and general account inquiries.

• Assist the sales team with ensuring inventory levels are procured and replenished.

• Liaise with suppliers and contractors in relation to queries, follow-ups and invoice amendments.

• Assist with account reconciliations

• Negotiating pricing with supplier and contractors Requirements include:

• Competent in knowledge and experience of the Accounts Payable process

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem-solving

• A high level of accuracy, especially when entering in numerical data

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible and willing to jump in and provide the team with Adhoc support as required
