The Role

• A fixed term role – Monday to Friday
• You will work as a part of a team to educate and care for children.
• Learn and grow every day, as you support our team of educators / Educational Leader in delivering excellence in early childhood education and care
• You will be coached and mentored , as you progress through your career pathway towards becoming a fully qualified educator. Your duties and responsibilities will grow as you gain more experience and skills

About You

• You have a friendly and courteous nature and are committed to caring for children of all ages, cultures, social-economic and individual backgrounds
• Able to contribute to a friendly, smooth and continuously improving Centre environment, where children feel safe and families feel welcome
• Keen to learn how to manage daily care routines, and associated administrative and compliance tasks
• Aware of the importance in maintaining health and safety standards, and risk minimisation
• A current Working with Children check or the ability to obtain it
• You will need access to transport, independently getting to and from work
• Have access to a working computer/laptop to complete assessments and studying tasks.
• Willingness to commence in a Traineeship

Salary: $9.13 – $18.58 per hour
