Little City is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help tell the inspiring stories of the hundreds of people with developmental disabilities we serve. In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist can make a life-changing difference, connecting the greater community to Little City and raising support and awareness for the vital services those with developmental disabilities need.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and producing content (including video) on the agency website, handling all social media accounts and collaborating on projects and events to grow Little City’s reach.

PURPOSE:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage the execution and function of all website, email, social media, and digital ad marketing and fundraising initiatives. The individual in this role will manage the day-to-day activities including (but not limited to): backend/frontend development, content generation & execution, sourcing & editing digital assets, integrated campaign development, digital ad management and monitoring, and performance analysis & optimization.
This position will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, public relations, events & promotions, community outreach, strategic insights & analysis, and legislative advocacy to successfully meet or exceed business objectives.
He/she will further enhance Little City’s strong brand reputation and grow relationships with key constituent groups through effective digital marketing and fundraising strategies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, visual communications, marketing or related.
2. Minimum 2-5 years website development & management experience (including frontend and backend development) and digital marketing experience.
3. Must be proficient/well-versed in WordPress, MailChimp, Funraise, Luminate Online/Convio, and HTML/CSS (Javascript is a plus).
4. Proven track record of developing and executing digital strategies across web, email, social media, and digital ad platforms that meet or exceed business objectives.
5. Skilled in graphic design, photography & video curation/editing, and other digital content creation.
6. Proven communication & organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
7. Ability to manage several concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
8. Previous nonprofit or digital fundraising experience is a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate, develop, create, and manage all integrated digital marketing and fundraising strategies across various online platforms.
2. Manage and monitor the presence, function, and expansion of www.LittleCity.org; including frontend and backend development.
a. This task includes an exciting array of mediums: peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, virtual events, blog content management, an online art store, regular content updates, microsite development, integrated fundraising campaigns, and other digital strategies.
3. Develop and manage the marketing and fundraising email program (MailChimp).
a. This includes email template development, direct response/marketing email execution, email file segmentation, email surveys, and other email strategies.
4. Create and monitor digital ad campaigns (Facebook & Google) to target prospective donors.
5. Lead content strategy and management for all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn) to not only grow our audience but improve engagement and responsiveness.
a. This task will execute an overall marketing strategy that leverages Little City’s “voice” to enhance and further expand our brand across the social networks.
6. Develop and manage SEO strategies to better position Little City in organic search results.
7. Responsible for the creation of all strategic and cohesive digital graphics, videos, and other assets.
a. Including web content, emails, social media content, virtual events, marketing videos, special events, and other projects as necessary.
8. Responsible for the execution of all digital graphics, videos, and other assets as strategically scheduled.
9. Manage and monitor Google Analytics, primary KPIs, and other critical metrics for all digital platforms.
10. Stay current in expanding digital capabilities and identifying new strategies to grow the overall digital experience at Little City Foundation.
11. Successfully completes Little City Foundation required training, re-training, and any additional training as required by Little City Foundation policies and practices, or as assigned by his or her immediate supervisor.
