Little Blossoms Day Nursery Hiring for Childcare Educator Job at Plymouth, England Full Time

Level 2 qualified & Level 3 qualified

We are looking for an Early year child care Assistant level 2 and 3 to join our setting. We are looking for someone with experience of childcare working at least 12 months however we would consider someone with substantial experience .

This is the role for you if you are passionate about children’s education, able to be a motivating role model to our early years chilldren at our Little Blossoms Pre-School, based in Southway

Our building provides a home for our children offering childcare provision for children over the age of one years until they start school. welcoming families from not only the immediate locality , but also the surrounding areas. The setting provides a term-time service, opening from 8:00am to 4pm five days a week.

The children thrive being in the outdoors throughout every season therefore wellington boots and waterproofs are an essential addition to your uniform! Our friendly and welcoming staff team are reflective, passionate caring who strive to build strong relationships with families and meet the needs of every child’s individual needs. Our commitment to you is that you will receive a full induction, regular supervisions.

Job purpose:

· As the Early Years Assistant , you will work as part of the team to provide children in the setting and to ensure all children receive the highest standard of care and education.

· To support the Manager in delivering high quality care following policies and procedures.

· Act as a role model and address immediate staff issues, whilst ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

· Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification or Level 2 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification equivalent.

Experience in Send 1-1 experience would be preferred.

· Post qualification experience in working in early education and childcare or similar environment. At least 12 months

· You will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check if your current certificate is not subscribed to the update service.
