Recruiter

The Recruiter is the key consultant, coach and critical partner in the recruiting, hiring and placement talent for all core positions. Aligned with our core values to Earn Customers for Life, Take Personal Ownership, Improve Constantly and Have Fun, Recruiters work with Hiring Managers and General Managers, sourcing and screening candidates for positions within their assigned area. The Recruiter is responsible for ensuring that all core level recruitment needs and process steps are being met. The ultimate objective of the Recruiter is to drive a high level of Hiring Manager satisfaction while promoting an efficient time to fill and a positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the appropriate hiring managers, to determine selection criteria for each open position
• Source quality talent through targeted active and passive recruiting efforts
• Work with hiring managers to create and develop effective recruitment marketing campaigns including, multi-channel advertisements, hiring events, career fairs, and targeted job programs
• Conduct screening interviews and provide hiring manager/s with candidate summary information
• Proactively work with management and Recruiting Manager to build talent pool within each store

• Communicate on a daily, weekly, quarterly basis with targeted messaging specific to each dealerships team. Travel to markets on a monthly/quarterly basis as appropriate
• Provide coaching to hiring managers on interviewing, candidate feedback and selection
• Consult with hiring managers to ensure the best qualified candidates are selected for positions based on skill set, experience and cultural (company) fit
• Partner with Hiring Support Administrator to facilitate new hire orientation activities, partner with Payroll, ER, Learning & Development and Computer Services as needed.
• Facilitate the application process and proctor pre-employment assessments
• Accurately maintain all information within applicant tracking platform, following all process steps
• Follow through on rehire, transfer and promotion procedures
• Partner with appropriate parties on the review and communication of all candidate background concerns

Skills/Qualifications:

• AA or undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources or related field a plus
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication
• Time Management
• Proficient typing and data entry skills.
• Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
