Pay Range: $18-$20/hourly

Schedule: Monday – Friday

What will you be doing?

• Welcome clients when they arrive to our Collision Center.
• Determine the nature of the client’s visit.
• Inform the Estimator of the client’s arrival.
• Order Parts
• Write PO’s and invoices.
• Schedules appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person.
• Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client.
• Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary.
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
• Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous cashier/customer service experience is a plus.
