Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage team member performance plans, ensuring compliance of employment rules, policies, code of conduct, and regulations.

• Create a healthy work environment, promoting well-being across team structures and the franchise system.

• Ensure an efficient and effective hiring and onboarding process for every new hire.

• Identify and troubleshoot team member performance issues and escalate, as appropriate.

• Greet and assist candidates during their onsite interview experience.

• Offer personalized support to candidates to ensure a positive experience.

• Assist owners in creating and managing approvals for new openings and job requisitions.

• Schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews, including complex team interviews at multiple sites and across multiple time zones.

• Manage approvals for Out of the Office, timesheets, vacation time, continuing education, policy reviews, and benefits programs.

• Maintain strict confidentiality in dealing with sensitive personal documents, files, coaching plans, and feedback sessions.

• Facilitate performance evaluations and KPI´s for all employees and manage incentives.

• Initiate and facilitate candidate’s certification letters, any relative document such as employment and income verifications.

• Manage the onboarding process using our system teams, including guiding candidates through tasks and coordinating details with the Director of Finance & Op, franchise owners, and the local store managers.

• Coordinate all aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding process scheduling, coordinating, and document preparation/filing.

• Actively participate in process improvement activities as the help center.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of occupational safety standards in the United States such as HIPAA and OSHA laws.

• Experience using a variety of job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, etc.) to optimize the recruitment process.

• Basic understanding of payroll and HR benefit and management systems.

• Evaluates and facilitates the automation of processes that support talent acquisition, career growth and development.

• Ability to quickly learn and understand new software tools and platforms.

• Strong attention to detail, and commitment to quality keen on handling a professional interview process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
