Job Purpose/ Job Description:

LIQUICCHIP LIMITED requires a Software Developer to join our organization based in Nottingham. You will be responsible for the core product development in a fast-paced, Agile environment and drive data led decision making into the delivery team. work closely with the UX teams. You must have a Agile experience and be able to create user stories and be able to priorities the backlog of work. You will ideally have experience of working on online or eCommerce products. This role will involve an element of travel where required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and extend existing features and collaborate with the rest of the development team to spec, design and build new features end-to-end Development and maintenance of core applications.
• To be involved in the complete lifecycle of application development from specifications to delivery.
• Working closely with analysts, designers and staff.
• Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes.
• To fix, follow-up and report incidents towards a satisfying solution for the clients
• Testing the product before taking it into production.
• Understanding the specification and design issues with the product owner
• Traveling to Clients sites.

Qualification:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Solid understanding of software development principles and languages (e.g. OOP, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or equivalent)

• Knowledge of web application architecture

• Relational database

• Web services
