LiquidAgents Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) to assist the Senior Talent Acquisition Team in supporting the day-to-day recruitment activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal job posting platforms (reposting, reports, candidate information, etc.)
• Update and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Prepare, submit, and track daily reports using Excel
• Manage applicant inquires and schedule phone calls, interviews and follow ups in Outlook.
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and other documents as requested with attention to detail
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree or higher is preferred
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative & build strong productive relationships.
• The ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly re-prioritize.
• An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Savvy with the latest tech and tools.
