We are looking for a Temp – Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist the Senior Talent Acquisition Team in supporting the day-to-day recruitment activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal job posting platforms (reposting, reports, candidate information, etc.)
• Update and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS.)
• Manage daily, weekly, & monthly reports.
• Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, etc.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent & ensure goals are met.
• Juggle multiple priorities with finesse.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong project management skills.
• Outstanding networking and communication skills.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative & build strong productive relationships.
• The ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly re-prioritize.
• An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Savvy with the latest tech and tools.
