Your mission

• You coordinate interviews with candidates to clarify soft & hard skills and get a first impression of the candidate for our clients
• Administrative and coordinative tasks in applicant management, as well as continuous communication and support of candidates
• In addition, you are responsible for the onboarding of new customers to our Lionstep app
• You define with our customers the requirements and the search criteria for their vacancies
• You act as a sparring partner when it comes to the identification of the employer value proposition of new customers
• You are responsible for interface management with the relevant internal departments such as Talent Sourcing & Sales department
• You collect information on Salesloft, Salesforce and Zendesk and evaluate corresponding data with the help of Tableau

Your profile

• You have completed a higher education (Bachelor/Master) and bring proven experience (2-4 years) in recruiting/HR consulting, ideally in one of the following industries: IT, sales, banking, marketing
• You are experienced in leading candidate interviews and kick-off calls with clients
• Technical affinity and experience with LinkedIn and enthusiasm for new tools
• Advantageously, you are already familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce/Salesloft
• Very good interpersonal communication skills with an enthusiastic and convincing demeanor
• Self-confidence, motivation, an independent and process-oriented way of working and the desire to work in a great, growing team
• Fluent in English
• Other language skills are an advantage
