Lions Floor Hiring for Social Media Coordinator (part-time) at Remote Full Time

SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Marketing Manager the Social Media Coordinator will serve as the voice of Lions Floor when developing and executing marketing and social media campaigns. As a collaborative team player, ensuring the efforts of the sales and marketing teams are met, implementing strategy and tactics that align with Lions Floor goals. They will work to plan, implement and monitor our social media presence with a goal to improve brand awareness and reputation while engaging with online followers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Superior social media skills, including developing strategies, leveraging key social relationships, and ability to establish new, top-tier social content.
• Day-to-day contact to manage social media plans, provide status updates, and find solutions to new challenges.
• Writing and editing of social media plans, content calendars and messaging documents.
• Maintain and demonstrate a deep understanding of the flooring industries endeavors.
• Manage project deliverables and timelines.
• Analyze, measure, and communicate results of social media activities.
• Manage and maintain our Wayfair presence.
• Build brand loyalty and connect with customers on a more personal basis by monitoring both positive and negative reviews on various platforms (Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc.)
• Be the culture champion with deep expertise in CRM, customer experience, and performance.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of agency experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent copywriting/proofreading abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of the major social media platforms in order to innovate strategies that will best perform.
• Ideally have experience in Hootsuite and/or Sprout Social or any other social media planning programs.
• Develop digital B2B/B2C Marketing Campaigns.
• Knowledge in E-Commerce development/strategy a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, and occasionally lift or carry up to 25 lbs.
• May necessitate working in busy and loud environments.
• May be exposed to elements like cold, heat, dust, noise, and odor.
• This is a remote position.
