We are currently looking for a Talent Business Partner to join our high performing team in a permanent full-time role. In this role you will partner with leaders across Australia and NZ, leading quality recruitment processes and delivering best practice solutions for our Sales, Marketing and Hospitality functions.

Your creative sourcing strategies, hunger to achieve and experience leading end to end recruitment processes in an internal talent acquisition team will set you up for success. You’ll bring your strength in utilising proactive sourcing platforms, combined with your passion for providing great candidate and hiring leader experiences.

Specifically, the skills and experience you will bring to the role include:

• Strong proactive sourcing skills including being an expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and Success Factors to search, identify and engage with candidates
• Coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management
• Strengths in communicating & presenting
• Identifying opportunities for and implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Experience in an FMCG environment
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing & Hospitality stakeholders, with at least 2 years’ experience working in internal Talent Acquisition teams
• Knowledge of casual recruitment processes and policy as well as permanent recruitment
• Experience in using Success Factors for search, talent pooling and candidate management
• A degree qualification in Business Management, HR or related subject
