We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high performing Talent Acquisition team in a permanent, full-time role. This role is ideally based in Sydney or Auckland and will be part of a market-leading talent acquisition team who are all passionate about Lion, our culture and our brands.

Here’s what you will be involved in:

• Lead quality end-to-end recruitment processes and deliver best practice solutions
• Build diverse talent pipelines to enable higher quality placements faster
• Implement ongoing talent attraction strategies across our key categories
• Utilise market expertise and external connectivity to influence hiring decisions
• Champion Lion’s fantastic employer brand internally and externally

• End-to-end recruitment experience, along with creative proactive sourcing skills to identify and engage with top talent
• Demonstrated coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities
