What you will own:

As a Web Developer at Linktree, you will work within the Websites and Content team, and collaborate closely with our Growth Team to optimise our growth funnel. We’re just getting started, so joining us now means a LOT of influence on the direction we’re going with Linktree’s website!

We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our website.

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices

• Own building/maintaining UI Component library

• Assist with maintaining the website and blog/s

• Rebuild the website and blog (under way, so don’t hesitate to apply!)

• Build and maintain components in a shared UI Marketing Library

• Assist with building out new activations

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who has experience working with Frontend React JS Development, building websites for clients through a flexible and modular approach and git best practices.

You are looking to grow your skills in GatsbyJS, Typescript, Unit Testing, building custom component libraries while bringing your knowledge of contentful experience, building out reusable content models using Compose as well as Headless Wordpress development using WPGraphQL and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)

Where and how we work:

We are a global, diverse group across age, gender, and race and offer a truly flexible and family friendly work environment. Kids, pets and the occasional delivery person are all actively encouraged to appear on our Zoom screens. All of us at Linktree work either fully remote or a hybrid “remote and in-office sometimes” approach and that will continue even when COVID is behind us.

We currently have offices in Melbourne, Sydney with LA coming next but our team is spread across Australia, Brazil, Indonesia, USA, Canada, Ireland and Nigeria.

Being globally distributed doesn’t mean working to one time-zone and we offer autonomy and flexibility in how you structure your days and weeks. There will be the need for some collaboration outside of a “normal” 9-5 being a global company but we aim to work asynchronously where possible.
