As part of our expansion plan, Connect seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Care specialist with a contagious passion for customer service and technology to form an integral part of our team in the Okanagan area.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Telecommunications System design and implementation for new installations.
Upselling peripherals and accessories to customers
Voicemail and Automated Attendant prompt design and recording
Telephone station button mapping and labeling
On site/ off site customer user and administrator training
Basic Telephone and voicemail system programming (NEC)
Basic Telephone Support
Univerge Blue implementation and Support
Post installation follow- up and customer support
Inbound Service requests call answer group
Providing Instructions and training to groups of 5 -30+ persons in a “boardroom” environment
Always exhibit excellent customer service to stakeholders at all times
Assisting with Telecom dispatch and dispatch relief as needed
REQUESTED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience n the Telecom industry is preferred
Bachelor or higher education is preferred
Demonstrated record of providing a high degree of customer satisfaction
Well-developed customer service skills
Pleasant and warm personality
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building capabilities
Clear and concise communication
A daily focus on exceptional customer service and support
Product knowledge in Telecom is not required but is an asset
Strong organizational, operational, and planning skills in a sales focused environment
Agile mindset, both willing and able to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced work environment
Being proactive
Being able to work independently with minimal supervision
