Full Time Office Admin Assistant
We are a paper company located at QEW & Winston Churchill , Oakville and are looking for an experienced full time admin assistant.
Job Duties:
– Order taking and customer services
– Handling AR, AP
– Handling logistics
– Answering phone and other office related works
Qualifications:
– Familiar with Simply Accounting / Sage 50 and able to work independently with very minimum support.
– Detail oriented
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Familiar with MS Excel and Office
– Minimum 5-year office work experience
