Linkforce Engineering Hiring for Procurement / Finance Administrator Job at Perth Full Time

Linkforce is currently seeking a Procurement / Finance Administrator to join our Procurement and Finance Teams.

Based at our Perth Head Office, this position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and will report to the Procurement Manager for the first 4-6 months before transitioning into the Finance Team to support our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

Our ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start.

What the role involves:

• High volume data entry, workflow initiation and processing of invoices
• Daily email management, including responding to invoice queries
• Assisting with goods receipting in via Pronto
• Collaborating on Month End tasks
• Supporting the transition from manual entry to automated invoice scanning
• Liaising with management regarding the priority, timing and processing of invoices and purchase orders

What is required:

• Previous experience within the Mining industry, is preferred
• TAFE level accounting / bookkeeping qualifications are desirable but not essential
• Prior AP, AR or other accounts processing
• Experience with Pronto is preferred but not essential
• Proven ability to manage high volume workloads whilst maintaining accuracy
• Ability to work with conflicting deadlines
• A National Police Check
• Australian work rights
• A pre-employment medical
