We are investing in the Content Marketing ecosystem through various thought leadership initiatives that will enable us to capture the opportunity that the market provides.

Global Strategic Accounts (GSA), LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, is searching for a Senior Client Solutions Manager to manage relationships with our largest, and often most complex global customers, including executing against client objectives and serving as a trusted digital marketing advisor. The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. The Client Solutions Manager will need to demonstrate strategic thinking & analytical skills to drive client experience. Client Solution Manager will be responsible to help clients achieve their marketing objectives through LinkedIn. The role would be responsible to drive revenue by negotiating and optimising complex opportunities.

Responsibilities

Pre sales:

• Understand annual business and marketing objectives of the client and translate them into marketing outcomes with specific metrics/KPIs
• Plan/Allocate marketing campaign spends to maximize ROI using a mix of content optimization, targeting/retargeting and the right product
• Outline key measurement metrics for the campaign based on objectives and KPIs
• Prioritise a “dynamic” Book of Business effectively (considering long-term fit for LinkedIn and growth potential in a channel-agnostic manner)

Post sales:

• Ideate, consult and execute full funnel marketing strategy for the client to ensure conversion and revenue acceleration
• Proactively analyse and optimize customers’ advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations to customers and ensure client objectives are met
• Build compelling client presentations to effectively communicate data and build a cohesive narrative (of strategy, spends, ROI)
• Advise on creative and content quality and development, leveraging marketing expertise to maximize performance and delivery
• Articulate and communicate any new product feature proactively
• Continued investment in educating and empowering the clients about the platform
• Identify up-sell or cross sell opportunities across the book of business & partner with Sales to drive incremental revenue and growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, Product, Marketing, Finance etc. to ensure best in class client experience
• Interact and collaborate across our global account footprint and cross functional partners
• Establish trusted executive-level relationships with CMOs, COOs, CHROs and other CXO level client leaders based on an ability to provide LinkedIn and industry insights
• Exhibit deep and up-to-date knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions to apply and communicate solutions expertise of new products, features, and enhancements
• Build solution using data insights.
• Demonstrate the impact to the client and influence marketing spends.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of marketing channels (offline/online etc) and marketing automation stacks
• Own renewal and always-on conversations with clients

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (i.e. Google Adwords, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks)
• Demonstrated ability to understand marketing & digital media metrics
• Ability to conduct regular forecasts and s
• Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of achieving results by connecting a customer’s pressures
• with data-driven products and solutions.
• Demonstrated understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation
• Know-how of the digital industry landscape
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
• Strong executive engagement and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on a global level
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
• Demonstrated commitment to understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customer
• Know-how of sales planning & CRM tools
• Aptitude/certification for project management (eg. MSFT project, Prince2, PMP, CAPM, ACP etc).
