Job Description
LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is a business that enables marketers to connect with the world’s professionals. The [North American] Agency & Education team is responsible equipping agencies with the marketing product, capability and insight to enrich their value propositions and accelerate their clients’ growth.

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Agency Development Lead to establish LinkedIn as an essential growth solutions partner to agencies who represent many of our largest and most strategic clients.
This role is tasked with developing and managing profitable and enduring relationships at all exec and senior levels throughout the agency(s) by gaining a fundamental understanding of an agency and client’s business needs and strategic objectives by anticipating how to support and grow that business.
This role will seek to develop a global, agency-centric solutions strategy to equip them with the relevant marketing product, capability and insight to enrich their value proposition and ultimately accelerate their clients’ growth.
A revenue-generating role, a Senior Agency Development lead will continue to innovate, evolve and scale current partnership structures, infuse regular global business insights, lead joint marketing and industry efforts, influence global campaign developments and collaborate with the regional agency and field sales teams to coordinate and support specific client needs.
This role will have the opportunity to coach, mentor and educate the wider global team on best practice engagement with agencies.
