We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our Sales Operations team supporting the Asia Pacific Talent and Learning Solutions business. Our Sales Operations organization is responsible for building the ultimate go-to-market engine to connect our solutions with customer needs at scale. Analysts and Associates are the core of our Sales Operations organization globally. Success in this role will require a good blend of technical skills, business acumen and stakeholder management, whilst aligning to LinkedIn’s culture and values.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain analytical models that cater to specific areas of sales planning and operations such as territories, quotas, headcount etc across APAC
• Execute, lead and scale important sales planning activities (eg: sales territory planning, headcount planning, sales target setting)
• Manage ‘business as usual’ sales operations tasks such as territory changes, quota updates, sales forecasting, business reviews etc. for your assigned region
• Partner with sales leaders to support operations to drive revenue growth, improving sales productivity, and increasing customer value
• Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, trends and operating metrics
• Translate data into insights and action, and influence sales leadership and the broader organization to drive change
• Build and maintain the ing tools and dashboards for the business
• Manage important stakeholder relationships with the sales organization and other cross functional teams

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, finance, business operations, or similar analytical/strategic role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel: expertise in data analysis and financial modeling
• Proficient in SQL or related programming language
• Proficient in Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently interact with, and influence senior leaders and cross functional stakeholders to drive change
• Thrives in ambiguity: ability to take a high-level question, break down an approach, build a work plan, and execute
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple stakeholder demands concurrently
• Strong organizational skills and extremely high attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Hands on experience in using Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM platform
• Degree in business, economics, finance or other related fields
